What is Colonel’s Club ™?
Colonel’s Club is our rewards program that allows you to earn rewards and offers throughout the year. Colonel’s Club is offered via mobile app and a more basic option offered via the KFC TT website.
Ok, how do I get started?
It's easy! Download the KFC Trinidad& Tobago App from the App Store or Google Play store and create your account. You can begin using the App immediately.
How does Colonel’s Club work?
With any qualifying online order placed, you earn 1 point for every $5.00 Trinidad & Tobago Currency spent. When you have earned 160 points, your points will automatically convert into a $20 reward in your account. Your reward can be redeemed with any subsequent food or beverage purchase.
Can I have more than one Colonel’s Club rewards account?
Unfortunately, no. Multiple accounts used on the same device will not work with the rewards program. A guest with multiple accounts will be deactivated and/or banned from the rewards program. See the Colonel’s Club Terms & Conditions for more details.
Why does the KFC App ask for my location information?
Your location information is needed to locate the restaurants nearest to you and make your search quick and easy.
What if I don’t have a mobile device or don’t want to have the KFC App on my phone?
You can enroll in Colonel’s Club via our website.
How do I earn points?
Once a purchase is made via the KFC App or website using your account, the points will automatically be applied to your account within seventy- five minutes of purchase.
I don't have the KFC App. Can I earn points using the kfc.tt website?
Yes, once you are signed in to your account to make the purchase, you can earn and redeem points.
I placed an online order. How do I earn points?
If you were signed into your account at the time of purchase, the points will automatically be added to your account.
How do I know how many points I have earned?
You can check your account balance at any time by opening the KFC Trinidad & Tobago App. Tap “Rewards” in the bottom menu of your screen under the Colonel’s Club Heading or top right hand corner. You will see a total value next to a tiny Colonel’s Club rewards icon.
How many times can I earn points in a day?
You can earn points on a maximum of 5 different transactions per day.
Do I earn points on delivery?
No, just food and drinks. Delivery is not included and points cannot be earned on delivery charges.
Do I earn points for catering orders?
No, points may not be earned on catering orders.
I earned a $20 reward, how do I redeem it?
To redeem, you can apply the discount directly to your next online purchase. The rewards can only be applied to online purchases and not instore.
Do my rewards expire?
You have 12 month from your date of sign up to redeem your rewards.
I got a birthday offer, where did it go?
Birthday offers are only valid for a limit amount of time. You have to redeem it the month of your birthday.
How will I be notified that I have earned a reward?
As a guest, you will receive an email and or a push notification when a reward is awarded. The number of points earned is also displayed on the end screen following the completion of an online purchase.
I must be actively subscribed to receive email and push notifications from the App to be a part of the Colonel’s Club program?
Yes, all guests must be subscribed to receive email and push notifications to be able to earn and redeem points. Once a guest has unsubscribed, the points earned is automatically forfeited from the account.
